Dear Reader,
I was prepared to write a full-throated defense of the most important meal of the day. I really was. I love breakfast food more than anything else. And my life has changed since I started eating a substantial and (reasonably) healthy breakfast every morning. (I have a three egg scramble with peppers and onions plus a banana.)
I was really going to write something really good. Maybe my best highly recommended ever. But then I read this piece about breakfast from Larry David. And I decided that I probably wasn’t going to write anything better.
So I didn’t.
(Am I using this Larry David piece as a reason to not write my weekly highly recommended blog post because I’m simultaneously going through a break up, searching for a new job after getting laid off and trying to move into a new apartment? Of course not. The Larry David piece is really good.)
Go eat some breakfast.
